The research outcomes and technologies are obtained by a complex R&D formation, and the fields include a wide range from basic science to clinical study such as immunology, cell engineering, molecular biology and genetic engineering, and also include the apparatuses, systems and other the peripheral technologies.
In order to accelerate its business further and to nurture new business seeds using such technologies, MEDINET utilizes intellectual properties based on the following guidelines.


1. To build intellectual property rights consisting of basic, applied and defensive technology.
2. To achieve an intelligent property portfolio that is most suitable for MEDINET.
3. To utilize the intelligent property in considering licensing-in/out of the property.


[Current Situation of the Intelligent Properties]
We have filed 35 patent applications until now* (of these 9 are overseas applications, and 1 are Japan and overseas applications**.) These numbers include the number of unpublished patent applications.
